😕What advice would you give to someone who lacks confidence in an interview❓
💪The single best piece of advice for possessing confidence during an interview is to ensure you have all your project narratives in order and ready to share each success depending on the question, equip yourself with the company, competitor, and industry knowledge to help tie that expertise into a few of your answers, and finally understand why the job is open and what pain points that hiring manager is experiencing due to the vacant role. The more knowledge and understanding of the value you present, stories to share of your accomplishments, and understanding of the role/company, the more confidence.
😰What’s the best tip to help someone relax in an interview setting❓
😎The best tip for relaxing I can offer is to think a countdown from 3 to 1 if you start feeling anxious during the interview, and once you hit 1, re-focus immediately to the question and start to formulate your answer. It’s important you get your mind to pay attention so you can have a well throughout answer instead of shooting from the hip.
