“Hello Matt, I hope you are doing well. I would like to let you know that I have had an interview with a Pharma company Chiesi. I sent them my resume (with introduction from a current Novavax colleague) and the hiring director responded within a day. I had an interview with the HR person last Wednesday. I had an interview with the SVP of Medical Affairs (the person I would report to) yesterday and it went very well. I have to tell you that this was the first time I sent my new improved resume. It might be a record for you if I get hired with the first resume I send after you worked on it. He is progressing me to the next stage which will be a panel of 3 interviewers sometime next week (don’t have a date yet).Β He told me that this will be mainly behavioural questions. I wanted to set up a time to go over these types of questions with you. I really like the company. I do feel that I may need to negotiate the salary as they generally pay less than the industry standards. So I will ask you for assistance with that when the time comes.
