πββοΈ Cari came to me as a Chemotherapy Nurse at the Coastal Cancer Center with BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina/Palmetto GBA seeking an internal promotion, with a focus on appeals and data analysis.
The resolutions we provided were:
π Finding a format that resonates with her new targeted role.
π Building up her transferable analytics, provider education, medical affairs, and clinical appeals skills, methodologies, KPIs, and wins.
