Choose skills that match the job. Speak their language. Make it easy for them to say “YES.” Let your skills section lead them down the path you want them to follow.

You’re not just showing you can do something—you’re proving you’re the right fit to do it at their company.

✅ Keep the soft skills in your summary.
✅ Focus your core competencies on the hard skills.
✅ Update them often as you grow and evolve.
