Employee: “Sir, check this out!”

Employee hands the Notebook to the Senior Manager.

Senior Manager: “What is it?”

Employee: “It’s called…the Internet web.”

Senior Manager: “Who has time to look at this?”

Employee: “Sir, it’s the future. We need to move our products onto this Internet web.”

๐Ÿ‘‰ This should never happen, if managers would sometimes look at their employees as equal rather than inferior, it would make a much more harmonious work environment full of:

โœ… Progressive idea sharing

โœ… Continuous process improvement

โœ… Growth and advancement opportunities

โœ… Long-term goal attainment
