π The companies and employees had a secret agreement that this was a job without much growth unless your sights were set on food retail management, which is a fine job.
π But for us high schoolers, we knew this was a bridge job until we got going in our career.
𧳠These were literally jobs that anyone can sign up for so long as you had a pulse.
𧳠Some of the accomplished employees wanted this as a way to earn income without having a ton of responsibility.
𧳠It was an easy job, but not an ideal situation for a teenager who just saw it as a spot to start.
β This advertisement is not ideal for the student who just went through 4 years of college just so they can ask, “Do you want fries with that?”
β This is not how you retain top talent for possible management succession.
β This is not how you build a team that will want to work hard.
π°PS β I want you to know that referrals from satisfied clients are the lifeblood of my business, so I greatly appreciate anyone you send my way. As a bonus, for any referrals you send that purchase services from me, I will send you $25 for each! Thanks again for your continued support!

π€ I remember during my early career days, right around 16 years old when I could drive.
