⚖️ I’ve struggled with weight my entire life. I’ve had 4 “major” weight losses in my life. I regret I didn’t just stick with one the whole time.
🛑 Let’s be honest, sometimes employers post obvious stuff on their #jobdescriptions.
👉 Health and wellness shouldn’t be a “perk” of employment, especially given the current climate.
👉 Shouldn’t we all focus on our health and wellness? Isn’t the adage, “our body is our temple” ring true?
👉 Rather than pop pills, shouldn’t we be pumping iron and taking some jogs, and watching what we consume?
💥 It’s easier to make excuses. Long day, not enough time, will start tomorrow…
🏢 The problem is that tomorrow turns into 2022.
🏢 You’re the one who controls your own health and wellness.
🏢 You’re the one who can combat those noisy burger commercials.
✅ Swap out the fries for some cauliflower.
✅ Water over pop.
✅ Raspberries over Reeses.
💪 It just starts with one day. You can do it.
🤝 But with greater importance more than ever on health and wellness, maybe the company can start helping its employees focus more on their mental and physical being. After all, most people are spending over 40 hours a week with the company, let’s make it a little easier for them.
😂 Here’s my third post in the weekly series of #humorous (*I hope) memes in honor of some of the more lax verbiage I’ve seen.
