😳 Human resources are held accountable for addressing emerging issues, such as:
✔️Continually merging tech and human capital and utilizing AI to automate workflows.
✔️Ensuring workplace safety and remaining COVID secure.
✔️Supporting work-life balance, individual wellbeing, and mental health initiatives.
✔️Responding to government-mandated shutdowns
✔️Incorporating continuous diversity and inclusion initiatives and training programs.
✔️Subsequent changes to working remotely.
✅ And that’s before the normal stuff like, you know, staffing, recruiting, transition and performance response, payroll, benefits, organizational training, on-boarding, compliance, workforce engagement, workers’ compensation, conflict resolutions, and, and, and…
👉 If you’re a disgruntled employee, make it known to HR, just take it easy on those wonderful HR folks, they’ve got a lot on their plate.
