π But you cannot just pay whatever you think the candidate deserves. You must be calculated, but fair.
π§³ But this God-awful job advertisement just screams unequal pay.
π§³ I get it, having a graduate degree doesn’t necessarily equal more pay, nor more opportunities.
π§³ Sometimes the onus falls on the job seeker’s strategy and key marketing documents.
π§© But have a freakin’ clue. Trying to hire someone who just spent $100K on school shouldn’t be lured into a job trying to pay you a somewhat entry-level rate.
β That shouldn’t be the case. Do better.
