❌ Employers That Blatantly Want to Own Employee Schedules Suck ❌
🤝 I get it, you do not want your employees fishing for other roles, or focusing on side businesses if they aren’t performing in their current role.
👉 But when you have to be available 40 hours a week to only get a maximum of maybe $100 a week, and at a part-time job?
👉 And cannot take on a second job?
👉 And $10 dollars an hour?
🧳 This just speaks shady business practices.
🧳 This is literally someone who wants to build a team of talent, so they’re ready to roll, once they get busy.
🧳 This is a company that is blatantly letting the candidates know their time is not valued.
❌ This is not how you recruit.
❌ This is not how you retain.
❌ This is not how you expand your business.
👉 This starts with the job description.
👉 As you can see, this picture says it all. Let’s find someone who should practically be paying us to work…for us. Yeah right, be gone!
👉 Let’s have the employee sit around at home waiting for the phone to ring so they can go earn $10, $20 at a time per day. 🤦
