Generic Resumes Don’t Win in a Customized Market

Because hiring managers aren’t asking:

“Is this person qualified?”

They’re asking:

“Does this person fit this need, right now?”

And if your materials don’t answer that clearly?

You don’t get the shot.

Now layer in the second part…
