🧠 The “Clean Sheet” Reset

Grab a blank piece of paper.
Write GOALS at the top.
Add today’s date.

Now write 10 goals for the next 12 months — but here’s the twist:
✅ Start every goal with “I”
✅ Use an action verb
✅ Write it in the present tense
Not:
-“I want to earn more”
-“I hope to get promoted”

But:
-“I earn $X doing work that energizes me”
-“I lead a team I’m proud of”
-“I am respected and paid for my expertise”

Your brain doesn’t respond to wishes.
It responds to clear instructions.

🎯 Now the uncomfortable part (the good kind)
Look at that list and circle one goal.
The one that, if achieved, would:
-reduce stress
-increase confidence
-unlock momentum everywhere else

Put it at the top of a new page.
Then answer this (honestly):
1. What’s the deadline?
2. What will try to stop me?
3. What skills or knowledge am I missing?
4. Who’s already done this and could help me?

This is where goals stop being “motivational” and start being operational.

📆 Daily > Dramatic
You don’t need a perfect plan.
You need daily movement.
One action per day.
One priority at a time.
Finish the most important thing before chasing the next shiny task.
That’s discipline.
That’s clarity.
That’s how careers actually change.
