It’s so wild and disruptive, you’d have to see it to believe it.

So, how do you gain confidence for an interview?

Um…

Simple:  𝙄𝙩 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. 👀

🤔 So how do you prepare?

✅ Know the job description inside and out.

✅ Know your resume inside and out.

✅ Know your key wins and narratives for the experiential, behavioral, and situational questions. The closer your project successes that relate to the job description, the better.

✅ Try to match every job description task to a very cause-and-effect outcome you managed in your past.

✅ Never get too comfortable or cozy (they don’t know you!).

✅ Shake hands firmly with eye contact (no hands if you’re virtual, but stare at that retina on your laptop, NOT at the actual person).

✅ Repeat the names of the folks you’re meeting and smile.

✅ Remember, they want you to be the right fit.

👉 They wouldn’t have brought you into an interview and wasted everyone’s time if they hadn’t thought you would be the one.

👉 This is all about personality and how you’ll align with the company culture, teammates and role. They figured you could handle the requisition.

👉 The goal is to ensure you’re communicating how you fit, will work to make their lives easier if they hired you, and ways you’ll resolve the pain points they have because of this opening.
