▶️▶️▶️ Yes, it’s mandatory. 50% of the hiring managers and recruiters read them. Play the game. If they don’t want to see the coverletter, they won’t open it!
✅ How do you list work experience with the same duties on a resume?
▶️▶️▶️ Do not list duties. List accomplishments and key wins. I always use the 3-pronged approach when thinking about if a line should be added to the resume – does it relate to the job target, is it a metric or KPI with quantifiable impact (even if we do not have a physical number to use), or is it just a really neat or unique story that makes you, you?!
✅ How do I list Latin honors on a resume?
▶️▶️▶️ Keep it short and sweet! One to two lines maximum! Example: BA, Latin (Cum Laude), University of Notre Dame
