I just closed on my very first rental property, a beautiful duplex!

🤗 Today, I’m beyond thrilled to share with you my recent adventure in real estate investing. I decided to branch out from the coaching world and dabble in real estate investing. ✨🎉

A couple of years ago, I made the decision to branch out from my comfort zone and explore the world of real estate investing. It wasn’t an easy decision, but I knew I needed to take a leap of faith to achieve my long-term financial goals. 💰

I started by devouring books, articles, and online courses on real estate investing. I attended local meetups and joined online communities to connect with fellow investors. I even took a few calculated risks, like investing in crowdfunded real estate platforms and house hacking. 🏠👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Throughout my journey, I encountered my fair share of setbacks and challenges. There were times when I doubted my abilities and questioned my decisions. But, I persisted. I continued to learn from my mistakes and adapt my strategies. 💪

And, guess what?! Today, I’m proud to say that my hard work and perseverance have paid off! 💥 𝗜 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆, 𝗮 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗱𝘂𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅! 🏠🏠

I can’t even begin to describe the feeling of excitement and accomplishment that comes with achieving this milestone. It’s a testament to the fact that with dedication and the right mindset, anyone can succeed in real estate investing. 💥

I have a lot to be grateful for on this journey including my business partner, Geoff, loan officer, Justin, and realtor, Mallory.

I can’t wait to dive into the world of property management, selecting tenants, and watching my investment grow. And, of course, I’ll be sharing every high, low, and hilarious moment with you right here on the blog. After all, we’re on this journey together! 🌟👫
