If I had to start my job search over today, here’s exactly what I’d do…

💡 𝗜𝗳 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜’𝗱 𝗱𝗼:

✅ Pick a target job title based on your background and passions
✅ Spend 60 mins a day researching that industry, company news, and job descriptions
✅ Spend 30 mins a day posting on LinkedIn to stay visible and grow your network
✅ Spend 90 mins weekly customizing your resume, cover letter, and applying strategically
✅ Offer help to others in your network (referrals, resources, intros)
✅ Follow up, follow through, and exceed expectations at every step

🔁 Lather, rinse, repeat.

I know it can feel like there’s no roadmap…but if you keep showing up and putting in the work, people notice.
