I was fascinated by reading the beliefs of some of these decision-makers.

🦠 While the world still grapples with a #globalhealthcrisis, how could anyone possibly understand what the workforce looks like in a year, even 6 months?

I get it, we all need a sense of normality, but let’s not just spitball metrics for the sake of an article.

💉 Vaccinations still need to be rolled out more, and people need to buy into them so we can help each other move on.

On top of that, companies need to still develop best practices to handle:

✔️The remote workforce hiring, training, and management

✔️Employee mental (and physical) health

✔️Work-life balance

✔️Improved benefits

✔️AI and technology implementation

🍽️ And there’s plenty more on the CHRO’s plate with just dealing with day-to-day.
