I worked over 60 hours last week. Tends to be a theme when you are running things on your own. I work every Saturday and Sunday. Sometimes a quick hour, sometimes during my son’s entire nap of 3+ hours.
Just depends on what needs to get done.
Plenty of people work hard. If you want to achieve something greater. If you want to make more money. If you want to save more for retirement. If you want to take the kids on a European trip (in 2021 hopefully!). If you want that pool like your neighbor next door who just makes it known every summer weekend.
What are you doing with your life? Are you stagnant? Do you have a mile long honey do list you can’t seem to conquer?
Stop right there. Open up a calendar. Schedule one thing. Do it. Delete it. Now put two things in there. Repeat.
Stop over-thinking. Stop worrying. Stop griping. Stop blaming. Start working. Only you can achieve what only you know what needs to be achieved.
Life’s tough. Shit’s out of your control sometimes. But no more excuses. Find your driver. Find your motivator. Find your happiness. Now go attack it with all you got.
