Inner Circle Appreciation Post + How to Find Help from Third-Party Solutions Providers (with a Formula!)

𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁 + 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱-𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 (𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮!)

I wanted to start a monthly appreciation post for those fine folks who provide me with the solutions required to continuously grow my brand, automate processes to eliminate steps, and save time, and build my revenue.

The Inner Circle Appreciation Post is a terrific resource for those seeking third-party help, including the best resources and places to find it.

For my first recognition, I wanted to give a shoutout to Derek Oja.

Derek was a referral from one of my career coaching/resume writing colleagues.

I initially tapped Derek to handle my Google Ads campaign. Since then, we’ve worked on my website’s URL, content, automation implementation, and a handful of other projects. Currently, he’s working on an eCommerce cart for MJWCareers (dot) com.

Since he’s helped me automate some processes, I’m saving an average of approximately 1.5 hours of time.

If you are someone seeking help from a third party, here’s a quick snapshot from a macro level of how you can initiate the meeting.

The formula:

🤝 Introduce the problem you have via email before your phone or web meeting

🚶Explain tangible examples and “walk them through” your process and where the problem arises

✍️ Track key learning lessons from the conversation using bullet points (implement as ToDos for your calendar), takeaways of what they can actually help you with, and a follow-up timeline. Stick to your calendar until you’ve implemented the outsourced solutions and are well underway in understanding how to manage those new systems.

If you are considering outsourcing, please do your research first. You may find inputs on Google or other websites. Also, consider a VA for some items if necessary.
