It’s Masters Weekend!

𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱!

When I opened this email from Augusta National Golf Course about my earning a volunteer position for this weekend’s 87th edition of the Masters.

My only problem? My only issue as to why I can’t go to what I consider a rendition of Kramer’s Baseball Fantasy Camp? After going through “the raffle” countless times, year over year?

Because it’s my son, Gus’, birthday weekend and how can I miss magic #5?

Sacrifice. Albeit not a major life sacrifice. But a sacrifice of what’s important. A week-long, underpaid, overworked, self-reliant, self-expense-filled, 2-week venture in Augusta, Georgia, or one of my son’s most important birthday milestones? I chose the latter.

But still, how cool would it have been to finally get on the property? Looks like StubHub is in my future, LOL!
