It’s National Law Day

⚖️ It’s 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗮𝘄 𝗗𝗮𝘆!

🇺🇸 Did you know that President Dwight D. Eisenhower established Law Day in 1958 to celebrate the rule of law in a free society? On May 1, Law Day celebrates the rule of law in our society and cultivates a deeper understanding of the legal profession. The day provides an opportunity to understand how law and the legal process protect our liberty, strive for justice, and contribute to the freedoms that all Americans share.

🤝 Law Day encourages citizens to appreciate the importance of the legal system and its impact on society. It serves as a reminder of the enduring power of “We the People” and our commitment to democracy and equality under the law.
