Our goal for the job-hunting process is to turn over all stones and plant lots of seeds with intention, consistency, and focus.

It’s important to be proactive and persistent in your search and to explore a variety of options and opportunities.

Here are a few tips to help you turn over all the stones and plant seeds on your job hunt:

๐ŸŸ๏ธ Make a list of the types of jobs and industries that interest you, and research companies and organizations in those areas.

๐Ÿ† Network with people in your field or industry, and let them know that you are looking for job opportunities.

๐ŸŸ๏ธ Use job search engines and websites, and sign up for job alerts from companies and job boards.

๐Ÿ† Tailor your resume and cover letter to each job you apply for, highlighting your relevant skills and experience. Adding metrics helps a great deal.

๐ŸŸ๏ธ Follow up on job applications and be persistent, but also be respectful of the employer’s time and resources.

Remember, the job hunt is a process, and it may take time to find the right opportunity.

Be patient and stay focused on your goals, and you will eventually find the job that is right for you.

Also, Super Bowl LVII is here and unfortunately, my beloved Cleveland “Clowns” Browns missed the cut…again…as usual…same old Browns.

Some fun facts about Sunday’s game:

The Eagles are currently 1.5-point favorites over the Chiefs, representing one of the smallest point spreads in Super Bowl history. That makes sense given how similar their seasons have been.

Chiefs: No. 1 seed, 16-3 record, 546 points scored, six All-Pros (including a Kelce brother and their QB)

Eagles: No. 1 seed, 16-3 record, 546 points scored, six All-Pros (including a Kelce brother and their QB)

This will be the first Super Bowl matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Chiefs are making their third appearance in the Super Bowl in franchise history, while the Eagles are making their third appearance in the last 20 years.

The Chiefs and Eagles’ quarterbacks Patrick Mahomes and Jalen Hurts, respectively, are going to be the first two black QBs to simultaneously start in a Super Bowl.

The Chiefs and the Eagles have a combined record of 24-6 this season, making this one of the most highly anticipated Super Bowl matchups in recent history.

The Chiefs are the reigning Super Bowl champions, having won Super Bowl LIV last year.

The game will be played at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, which is the first time the Super Bowl has been held in Arizona since Super Bowl XLIX in 2015.

Enjoy the spectacle, commercials, food, halftime show, and of course, the game! Go Eagles!
