Recently my wife was going through some old boxes and came across an old resume from 2006.
In looking at it, I couldn’t believe what was considered standard then versus now. QUICK TIPS on what I noticed then which could be sabotaging your resume today:
✅ It’s missing the critical problem-action-result framework that works today for your experience section’s content.
✅ Ensure keyword optimization to meet those pesky ATS requirements.
✅ Use a summary to help demonstrate your value, and communicate who you are, what you can achieve, and how you can achieve it.
✅ Improve your messaging and candidacy relevance. It’s best to target your resume specifically towards the role you want.👉

It is the pace that kills.
Of the wealth of the world each has as much as they take.
