Entering the world of work can be challenging. Especially for fresh graduates who do not have much work experience, or even have no work experience at all. Lack of work experience often makes a Curriculum Vitae ( CV ) or resume Β less attractive or even too short.

Meanwhile, career coach and CV writer Matt Warzel added that fresh graduates can emphasize the education or activities they did during college. βAlways put education first if itβs an early career [resume] because a lot of time is spent in college and that can be a weapon,β Matt said.
Matt also said that fresh graduates should be realistic about their career goals. Be open about what opportunities are out there that might be worth pursuing.
