So you guys, I just got featured on Kelli Nguyen’s LinkedIn Newsfeed! This will mark my fifth time being featured as part of a LinkedIn News post. Here’s to more on the horizon!

Please check out this fantastic article by as part of their weekly News’ Job Search & Careers editorials from Kelli Nguyen with our president, Matt Warzel, as a contributor – So you quit your job … what next?

My input:

I think it’s fantastic when someone has the insight and internal awareness that it’s time for a change. That’s the hardest part of the battle is giving in to that passion or understanding for the need of change to pursue a better self. I always preach to my clients to visualize, internalize and then realize. Stay hungry and stick to a schedule when building out your new career change strategy. Have a vision of your dream job. Think of your job drivers. What’s important to you? Time, money, benefits, 401(k)s, location, product offerings, company image, culture, values, progressive versus traditional setting, remote versus on-location, passionate project opportunities, etc. Each is different for each person. What motivates you? What’s your passion? What can you do that will make you happy in 2 weeks, 3 months, a year?

Had to save some photos too! HUGE DEAL FOR ME!
