Should You Leave A Safe Job You Don’t Love During The Pandemic? (Hint, Yes!)
I was lucky enough to be featured in another Glassdoor article, and some of the highlights were:
✅ Do some soul searching
✅ Think about your job prospects as an exercise
✅ Have a vision of your dream job. Think of your job drivers. What’s important to you?
✅ Experiment and be specific in what you want, clarify it, write it down, consume knowledge of it, and live it
✅ Be patient as you work through tabulating where you are professionally and deciding where you’d like to take that
✅ Study the job you’re targeting
✅ Enroll in continuing education courses and consider up-skilling
✅ A worthy hunt consists of a solid resume that passes the 7-second eye test
✅ Do not get discouraged about a hopeful future
I appreciate you checking out the piece! Happy Monday!
