Observation: Jobseekers are more afraid of being “too much”…than being forgettable

𝗢𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝖩𝗈𝖻𝗌𝖾𝖾𝗄𝖾𝗋𝗌 𝖺𝗋𝖾 𝗆𝗈𝗋𝖾 𝖺𝖿𝗋𝖺𝗂𝖽 𝗈𝖿 𝖻𝖾𝗂𝗇𝗀 “𝗍𝗈𝗈 𝗆𝗎𝖼𝗁”…𝗍𝗁𝖺𝗇 𝖻𝖾𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝖿𝗈𝗋𝗀𝖾𝗍𝗍𝖺𝖻𝗅𝖾.

You don’t need to be obnoxious, cute, funny, quirky, ambiguous….
But you do need to show some edge. Your POV. Your wins. Your voice. Your YOU.

Because “perfect on paper” doesn’t get hired. Memorable does.
