One Rental, One Reminder: Helping Out My 65-Year-Old Self

Every time I finish cleaning, staging, or listing one of my rental properties, I smile a little. Not just because I get to hand the keys to a future happy tenant (though that’s a big part of it). But because I know I just helped out someone else too…
