So you guys, I just did something TODAY that I’ve been thinking about doing for the past almost 5 years.

I bought my first piece of real estate investment property! 🤝

I’m officially an REI!

My business partner and I started this venture way back in January 2022.

He came from doing part-time REI while still working his FT job. He had built a portfolio of 15+ rental properties and wanted to dive into real estate full-time. He was nervous.

I had been interested in learning from him and just when things got serious on my end, he proposed the idea we partner up. I help with getting him into the “entrepreneur” mindset, and setup the operations, marketing, sales funnels, CRM, etc.

After almost a full year, we’ve finally found our groove, have automation and marketing strategies in place, fielding sales calls, and have our responsibilities laid out nicely.

I find the deals, we work the closing together, and then he handles the remodeling.

Our goal? 🏚️ ➡️ 🏠 🟰💰

I’ve taken the steps to invest in myself and my business partner, and now that deal #1 is in the books, and I literally wired the money today, I can say that this rush is something I could use to LOL.
