๐ก๐ง I recently learned that during an interview, some recruiters will ๐ ask the applicant for an example of when something didn’t go as they had planned ๐ค
This has a few reasons behind the question including:
๐ Can they articulate the situation without getting flustered or defensive?
๐ Were there self-reflection and/or learnings to be taken away from the situation?
๐ Did the applicant adjust how they did it the next time (if there was a next time) and/or apply it to other situations in the future?
โ DO NOT list your failures on your resume or any online platform.
โ DO be prepared for this question so you are not forced to improvise.
Be well, friends and slay those interviews ๐๐๐งก
