Job hunting should be fun: You get to start over. Something fresh. Discover your new you. Embrace that shit! You are allowed to live different professional lives throughout your singular career journey.
How do I know? Because I am a walking example. I live 3 lives on my career journey: career transition expert, SAG actor, and real estate investor. These are different from my hobbies like stock investing, playing drums, or watching historical documentaries. And obvy being Daddy is my #1 job over everything else.
However, I did struggle with a similar problem back in 2009. You can read about that here: https://bit.ly/3QZktGv
I know how frustrating and stressful it can be to look for a job in a competitive market. I’ve been there myself, and I’ve helped thousands of clients overcome the same challenge.
I understand the pain of being stuck in a career that doesn’t fulfill you or match your skills and passions. I’ve experienced that too, and I’ve learned how to pivot and find a better fit.
I empathize with the anxiety and uncertainty of facing a career transition, whether it’s by choice or by circumstance. I’ve gone through that as well, and I’ve discovered how to turn it into an opportunity for growth and success.
And I did have similar goals!
I share your goal of finding a rewarding and meaningful career that aligns with your values and vision. I believe that everyone deserves to do what they love and love what they do.
I share your goal of advancing your career and reaching your full potential. I believe that everyone has unique talents and strengths that can make a positive impact on the world.
I share your goal of creating a balanced and fulfilling life that supports your personal and professional aspirations. I believe that everyone can achieve happiness and harmony in their work and life.
I live a lifestyle that reflects my passion for helping others achieve their career goals. I’m always learning new skills, exploring new opportunities, and connecting with inspiring people.
I live a lifestyle that embraces flexibility and freedom. I work remotely, set my own schedule, and travel frequently. I love being able to work from anywhere and enjoy different cultures and experiences.
I live a lifestyle that prioritizes health and wellness. I practice mindfulness, exercise regularly, and eat well. I know how important it is to take care of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I’m reading the same content that keeps me updated on the latest trends and best practices in the career industry. I follow reputable sources like Forbes, Fast Company, Harvard Business Review, and The Muse.
I’m reading the same content that inspires me to grow personally and professionally. I love books like Atomic Habits by James Clear, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey, and The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle.
I’m reading the same content that teaches me valuable skills and strategies for career success. I enjoy courses like Career Hacking by Eazl, The Complete Job Interviewing Skills Masterclass Course by TJ Walker, and Career Success Specialization by UC Irvine.
And I did overcome similar challenges you are facing.
I’ve overcome similar challenges like being laid off, changing careers, starting a business, negotiating a raise, and dealing with difficult bosses. I know how hard it can be, but also how rewarding it can be when you overcome them.
I’ve overcome similar challenges like writing a resume, preparing for an interview, networking effectively, building a personal brand, and finding your niche. I know how daunting it can be, but also how empowering it can be when you master them.
I’ve overcome similar challenges like dealing with imposter syndrome, overcoming fear of failure, managing stress and burnout, finding motivation and purpose, and achieving work-life balance. I know how common it can be, but also how transformative it can be when you resolve them.
If I can do it, so can you! It just starts with one small step, like reaching out for some help. I’m here for you. Let’s chat.
