2. Choose Your Leader Wisely – A good boss is a launchpad. A bad one is quicksand. Look for someone who develops talent, shares credit, and has your back.

3. Like Who You Work With – You’re with your coworkers more than your friends or family. Make sure they’re people you actually want to see every day.

4. Never Stop Building Skills – The best roles challenge you. Seek out projects and leaders that push you to grow, because stagnation is the real career killer.

5. Grow Your Circle – Make connections across your team, your company, and your industry. The more people who know your value, the more doors open.

6. Be the One Who Delivers – At the end of the day, impact is what counts. People notice (and remember) the person who gets things done and moves the needle.
