Internal and external recruiters use Linkedin to reach out to job seekers.
They reach out to their network for leads and source resumes out of the applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Then they scan LinkedIn profiles to start a dialogue with candidates.
This had me thinking, it’s amazing how many lives we lead in our single lifetime.
How we look back and think that that 20-something couldn’t have possibly been the same persona as I am today at 40.
And you know what?
You are the same.
You’ve grown.
You’ve learned.
You’ve changed.
But you’re still the same person.
You’re you!
Maybe you’ve cleaned out the clutter in yourself to be a better person.
Maybe you’ve grown as a human and professional.
Maybe you’ve succeeded from cashier to multi-unit leader at the original retail joint your cut your teeth at to learn about work.
With that said, I’m curious as to where you started working?
Where did you cut your teeth?
